Delivery & Returns

We offer very competitively priced UK Delivery services which are either signed for or tracked. Delivery charges are based the total weight of your combined order and they are automatically calculated during the checkout process .

In summary these are the services we offer:

Less than 2Kg - Royal Mail Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For - £2.99 (ex VAT)

2Kg to 30Kg - Courier 72 Hour - £4.99 (ex VAT)

And then an additional £3.00 ( ex VAT) for every 30Kg

 

Do you deliver to International addresses?

We do not ship outside of the United Kingdom.

 

When will my goods be dispatched?

All orders place before 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 2pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the following day.

Orders placed after 2pm on Fridays will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

Please note orders placed on a Bank Holiday or during a Bank Holiday weekend will be dispatched on the next working day. This is usually on a Tuesday with the exception of Christmas and New Year Bank Holidays.

On the rare occasion we may hold orders if we need to contact you.

 

Returns

All products offered by Tbtrade.co.uk are manufactured to a high standard however if you need to return an item then these are the guidelines to follow.
The best way to contact us is to send an email to info@tbtrade.co.uk along with your order number.

 

How can I return an item?

If you wish to return an item that has been unopened and unused you must contact us within seven days from the purchase date. We will then give you information on how to return the product/s. You will be responsible for returning the item/s at your own expense. We highly recommend using the Royal Mail Recorded service.

For items that are DOA (dead on arrival) or are damaged please contact us within seven days of purchase. For damaged items please also take the time to send an image. In these cases we will ask you to return the product/s and replace them for you.

If you receive an incorrect item please contact us within seven days of the purchase date. Please let us know the product you have received and take the time to send an image. We will do our best to rectify the problem as quickly as possible.
