We offer Free Delivery on all of our products without a minimum order value. Please allow 3 to 5 working days from dispatch if choosing our free delivery option. We also offer a Next Working Day service for an additional £3.99. This is a one off charge per order no matter how many products you order.

Out of Zone Delivery Restrictions
Unfortunately delivery to certain regions costs considerably more for larger items. As a result, we will require an additional payment of £5.99 for any orders over 2kg going to out of zone regions. If this is the case, please go ahead and place your order as normal with Free Shipping selected and we will contact you shortly after with more details on how to make the additional payment. The restrictions on these areas also mean that we are unable to ship our largest items, such as the 4 Panel Gym Mats and the Trampolines, to these areas. Any product for which out of zone delivery is not possible will state this at the beginning of the product description in the listing. Finally, next day delivery is not possible for these areas.

Northern Ireland (BT postcodes)
Scottish Highlands and Islands (Postcodes beginning with KW, IV, HS, ZE, AB, PH, PA, FK)
Isle of Man and Isle of Wight
When will my goods be dispatched?
Our cut off point for same day dispatch is 1pm, Monday-Friday. Any orders placed after 1pm Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the following day, with any orders placed after 1pm on Fridays dispatched on the following Monday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will also be dispatched on the following Monday.
Please note orders placed on a Bank Holiday or during a Bank Holiday weekend will be dispatched on the next working day. This is usually on a Tuesday with the exception of Christmas and New Year Bank Holidays. On the rare occasion we may hold orders if we need to contact you.
We currently only offer delivery to the UK, and are unable to ship items to EU and other international addresses (including the Republic of Ireland).
All products offered by Tbtrade.co.uk are manufactured to a high standard however if you need to return an item then please follow the guidelines below. The best way to contact us is to send an email to email@example.com along with your order number.
How can I return an item?
If you wish to return an item that has been unopened and unused you must contact us within 14 days from the purchase date. We will then give you information on how to return the product/s. You will be responsible for returning the item/s at your own expense. We highly recommend using the Royal Mail Recorded service.
For items that are DOA (dead on arrival) or are damaged please contact us within 14 days of purchase. For damaged items please also take the time to send an image. In these cases we will ask you to return the product/s and replace them for you.
If you receive an incorrect item please contact us within 14 days of the purchase date. Please let us know the product you have received and take the time to send an image. We will do our best to rectify the problem as quickly as possible.
