Heavy Duty Iron Plates

Our Weight Plates are made from cast iron, making them a very tough and durable addition to your workout kit. Each set is embossed with their weight, making identification quick and easy. They also have a large rim running around the full plate, making them easier to grip than completely flat plates.

1" Standard Size

The Weight Plates have a 1" diameter hole at the centre, making them ideal for use with Standard 1 inch bars. They work great with our Barbells and Dumbbells, as well with our Leg Extension Machines and other gym equipment.
